Browse → Add to cart → Checkout → Enter your shipping address → Choose a payment method → Confirm. An order confirmation email is sent to you immediately after purchase.

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac, and PayPal. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Yes — within 1 hour of placing your order, if it hasn’t entered fulfillment yet. Log in, go to My Orders, and select Edit / Cancel. After that window, you may initiate a return once the order arrives.

No minimum — order as little as you like. Orders over 100 CAD qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Canada.

Yes. All products are sourced from authorized importers. The country of origin is shown on every listing, so you always know exactly where your food comes from.

Yes. Always verify the certification mark on the physical packaging as the authoritative source.

Each product page displays the minimum remaining shelf life at time of dispatch. Shorter-dated clearance items are clearly flagged with a discount. The exact best-before date is printed on the physical packaging.

Pet Supplies

We carry supplies for dogs and cats. Our range covers food, treats, grooming products, accessories, and supplements — all shelf-stable and non-perishable.

Yes. All pet food products are imported through licensed Canadian distributors and comply with applicable Canadian regulatory standards. We verify compliance before listing any new product.

Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original packaging. Opened pet food or treats cannot be returned.

Yes. We only list products that comply with Health Canada cosmetic regulations. Prohibited or restricted ingredients are never listed on our platform.

Yes. We carry products formulated for a range of hair textures and skin tones, including Black Castor Oil and argan oil for natural hair, and a dedicated Ayurvedic haircare range for South Asian hair types.

Many are. Cruelty-free and vegan labels are shown on qualifying product pages. Brands subject to China’s mandatory animal testing requirements are clearly flagged.

Opened personal care items are generally non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. We recommend patch-testing new skincare products before full use.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes — we ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Prairies & Atlantic: 3–6 business days
  • Northern Territories: 7–14 business days

Orders over $100 CAD receive free standard shipping nationwide.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.
Take a photo of the damage immediately, then email inquiry@tanrido.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items:

  • Pet non-food items: Unused, in original packaging
  • Beauty & personal care: Sealed/unopened products only
  • Final Sale items: Not eligible for return

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Follow these steps:

  • Log in → My Orders → Request Return
  • Select the item(s) and reason for return
  • Print the prepaid return label provided
  • Drop the parcel off at the designated carrier location

Your refund will be confirmed within 3 business days of our receipt of the return.
