We are a Canadian online store specializing in non-perishable products across three categories: Groceries (shelf-stable pantry staples), Pet Supplies, and Personal Care & Beauty. All items are shelf-stable and delivered anywhere in Canada.
How do I place an order?
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac, and PayPal. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — within 1 hour of placing your order, if it hasn’t entered fulfillment yet. Log in, go to My Orders, and select Edit / Cancel. After that window, you may initiate a return once the order arrives.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum — order as little as you like. Orders over 100 CAD qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Canada.

Are your international grocery products authentic and imported?
Do you carry Halal, Kosher, or Organic certified products?
Yes. Always verify the certification mark on the physical packaging as the authoritative source.
How do I know the expiry date of grocery items before buying?
Each product page displays the minimum remaining shelf life at time of dispatch. Shorter-dated clearance items are clearly flagged with a discount. The exact best-before date is printed on the physical packaging.
Can I buy in bulk or wholesale quantities?
Yes — some eligible items are available in bulk. Email us at inquiry@tanrido.com for custom quotes and wholesale pricing.
Pet Supplies
What types of pets do your supplies cover?
We carry supplies for dogs and cats. Our range covers food, treats, grooming products, accessories, and supplements — all shelf-stable and non-perishable.
Are your pet food products safe and regulation-compliant?
Yes. All pet food products are imported through licensed Canadian distributors and comply with applicable Canadian regulatory standards. We verify compliance before listing any new product.
Can I return opened pet food or treats?
Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original packaging. Opened pet food or treats cannot be returned.

What personal care and beauty product categories do you carry?

Are your beauty and skincare products Health Canada-approved?
Yes. We only list products that comply with Health Canada cosmetic regulations. Prohibited or restricted ingredients are never listed on our platform.
Do you carry products for specific skin tones or hair types?
Are your beauty products cruelty-free or vegan?
Many are. Cruelty-free and vegan labels are shown on qualifying product pages. Brands subject to China’s mandatory animal testing requirements are clearly flagged.
Can I return a beauty product if it doesn’t suit my skin?

Yes — we ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Estimated delivery times:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Prairies & Atlantic: 3–6 business days
- Northern Territories: 7–14 business days
Orders over $100 CAD receive free standard shipping nationwide.

What is your general return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items:
- Pet non-food items: Unused, in original packaging
- Beauty & personal care: Sealed/unopened products only
- Final Sale items: Not eligible for return
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
How do I initiate a return or refund?
Follow these steps:
- Log in → My Orders → Request Return
- Select the item(s) and reason for return
- Print the prepaid return label provided
- Drop the parcel off at the designated carrier location
Your refund will be confirmed within 3 business days of our receipt of the return.
