Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or clearance reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item received).

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us first before returning the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Marketplace Orders

If you purchased our products through marketplaces such as Amazon or Walmart, returns and refunds must be processed according to the respective platform’s return policy.
